Function Development Engineer

position! Our Partner is the world's largest privately owned company for development of powertrains as well as simulation and test systems for passenger cars, trucks and marine engines.

Tasks

Responsibility for developing SW-function in accordance with the Company's internal process regulations one of the following fields of expertise: internal combustion engines, electric drives, powertrain or hybrid drive
Creation of SW specification, development of control algorithms, appropriate documentation, coding and maintenance of SW
Keeping contact and consulting with Hungarian and foreign colleagues, as well as internal and external customers
Travel to abroad in the extent necessary for the job is expected

Requirements

2-3 years experience function development in one of the following field: internal combustion engines, electric drives, powertrain or hybrid drive
Control theory experience
Structured, solid working method
English or German at least intermediate level
Travel to abroad is expected
Good communication skills
Teamwork skills
