We are looking for highly-motivated, customer service-oriented people in the following position:

Our Client has successfully established itself as one of the most reputable retailers in the international business market. Today, our Clients name is synonymous with high quality and exceptional value. In 2011 They decided to establish an IT support service center in Hungary .

Tasks

• Analysing complex and comprehensive incidents
• Creating short-term countermeasures and developing long-term solutions
• Improving our stores software and hardware
• Developing and realising technical concepts and measures to optimise the Help Desk services
• Technical 3rd Level Support
• Cooperation with International IT in Germany

Requirements

• University degree in IT or Computer Science
• 1-3 year working experience (preferably in an IT Service or Help Desk environment)
• Fluent English and basic level of German
• Broad knowledge in the fields of software, hardware and networks
• Knowledge and experience with ITIL
• Analytical thinking and structured work approach
• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented
• Team spirit, fairness, respect for others
