IT Help Desk Team Leader
Our Client has successfully established itself as one of the most reputable retailers in the international business market. Today, our Clients name is synonymous with high quality and exceptional value. In 2011 They decided to establish an IT support service center in Hungary .
Tasks
- Leading your own team of 5-10 employees and
coordinating the IT support for our European stores - Identifying measures to continuously improve the
- service quality of the entire Help Desk
- Coaching and mentoring the agents
- Tracking escalated incidents
- Risk management
Requirements
- University degree in IT or a business-related field or
have completed similar vocational training - Multiple years of experience in the field of IT Service
- Experience in leading staff
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Broad IT knowledge and experience with ITIL
- Analytical thinking and structured work approach
- Team spirit, fairness, respect for others
