IT service delivery manager

Our client is one of the prestigious companies within retail segment, with a significant presence in Europe. On behalf of our partner we are seeking a devoted and proactive Service Delivery Managerwho will be in charge of service delivery, monitoring and reporting service level and providing technical assistance to the stakeholders. We are looking for candidates in IT service delivery manager position.


  • Lead a team of 3
  • In charge of change management process: evaluate, monitor IT related changes, facilitate on Board meetings
  • Initiate process developments on ITIL based
  • Identify and formalize service requirements and translates into technical measurement
  • Monitor, report, analyze and escalate service level alignment with business requirements
  • Manage operational budget and assist with annual budget exercise
  • Manage and resolve critical situations through effective communication with the business units
  • Plan and control all incident, change, problem and event management activities
  • Participate in operational efficiency initiatives to meet annual targets
  • Ensure the continuous development, training and coaching for team members


  • Bachelors degree (IT or equivalent degree is an advantage)
  • 4-5 years experience in the field of Service management, incident management, quality, problem or change management in the field of Service desk area;
  • At least 1-2 years team leading experience is essential
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification
  • Having gained experience in fast paced environment
  • Outstanding analytical approach
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented personality
  • Good at stakeholder management
  • Ability to work both independently and in team
  • Advanced MS Excel, Power point presentation skills
  • Good understanding of modern IT trends
  • Fluency in English and at lease conversation level in German
