We guarantee that we only invoice our client for our services if a work contract is concluded with any of our candidates.
There are no costs for unsuccessful recruitment!
We assume replacement guarantee for delivered orders. If the candidate gives notice within 3-6 months following signing the work contract or fails to perform the employer’s expectations so that his work contract is terminated as a result, we agree to run a second search free of charge.
We always establish the exact terms of our guarantee in our contracts.
