What is the process of headhunting?

  • We complete the entire recruitment process from pre-screening to the interviews testing foreign language skills, and career aptitude, and only introduce the most suitable candidates to our clients
  • We use special channels to track down the best of the given industry, and motivate them to make a career move
  • The entire process takes 3-4 weeks, during which we do intensive research, conduct interviews, and build references
  • We provide at least 3 months’ guarantee for the candidates we place.

Costs:

In accordance with the classic rules of the profession we provide headhunting services in a success fee arrangement. By default our fees equal 15-25% of the gross annual wages of the candidate hired. However, with each contract we do our best to find the success fee terms most suitable for our client. We also offer the option of individually calculated, fixed success fees. And we reward long-term business relations with discounts!

The rate of the success fee is always established in an agreement prior to commencing the recruitment process. Unforeseen cost or expenses are unknown to us!

We provide on-going feedback

During the headhunting process our colleague will assist the client from the creation of the position description to ensure that the client’s HR manager can do his or her work as effectively as possible. We provide feedback concerning the candidate’s salary requirements, the questions asked by the candidate, and anything else that could come as useful information.

How long is the process?

As early as 3-5 days into the recruitment process (depending on the position in question) we share the details of the first potential candidates, and start their introduction. The final filling of the position, i.e. the entire process usually lasts 3-4 weeks. We do our very best to find your new colleague as fast as possible!

If you find all the candidates we introduce unsuitable, you – that is your company – will not incur any costs! This is the guarantee we provide to ensure that you do not have any payment obligations if our services end up unsuccessful!

In the event that our candidate’s work contract is terminated we provide replacement guarantee to all the professionals we have placed!

If the employment of the expert we have placed terminates within the guarantee period we replace him or her free of charge without further costs with a professional of similar standards.

  • For top managers – 6 months
  • In special cases – 9 months
