Our fees depend primarily on the particular solution that seems the most effective for our client.

We recommend our reasonably priced, yet very effective job placement services if:

  • the position to be filled is not particularly special,
  • the client has the infrastructure required to select, and interview the applicants.
  • the objective is to build an employee database
  • the client wishes to pay not per candidate, but per job offer because they need more than one new staff member.

The service is available from 149,000 HUF + VAT.

We recommend our headhunting services if the client is in any of the following situations:

  • he has a vacancy requiring a graduate professional with foreign language skills or having some specialist knowledge,
  • he needs suitable candidates of a shortage profession.
  • he needs having our experts complete the selection, the pre-screening, and the interviewing for you
  • he wishes to meet only the suitable candidates willing to accept your offer.
  • he wishes to take advantage of the safety of the double guarantee.

WE PROVIDE OUR HEADHUNTING SERVICES FOR A SUCCESS FEE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ARRANGEMENTS:

  • Percentage based success fee equaling 15-20% of the annual gross wages of our hired candidate,
  • A fixed, previously agreed success fee is also possible,
  • 2-2.5 times the hired candidate’s monthly gross wages.

All success fee arrangements have one feature in common: they are payable only as soon as the candidate we bring spends his or her first day on our client’s payroll.
